Our Executive Branding package starts with a two-three hour deep-dive consultation where we explore: your unique value proposition, your motivations and objectives, the roles and companies you're suited for, and the ones you want.
From there, every document is built around that story. Your CV, board biography, cover and outreach letters, and LinkedIn profile, all have one consistent voice. Alongside that, we develop a career transition strategy that tells you exactly what to do next: which companies to target, which channels to use, and how to approach headhunters and decision-makers at your level.
A second call walks you through the full document set and strategy together, so nothing goes out until you understand the reasoning behind it. Once you're in market, a third call picks up wherever you need support: troubleshooting an approach that isn't landing, adjusting your strategy, or just talking through what's next.
